【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandprotectivemeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign(asdefinedin3.11ofEN292-1:1991),manufactureandsupplyofhydraulicpressbrakeswhichareintendedforcoldworkingofmetalormaterialpartlyofmetal.2Thisstandardalsocovershydraulicpressbrakes,whoseprimaryintendeduseisthecoldworkingofmetal,whicharetobeusedinthesamewaytoworkothersheetmaterialssuchascardboardorplastic.3Therequirementsinthisstandardtakeaccountofintendeduse,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991.Thisstandardpresumesaccesstothepressbrakefromalldirections,dealswiththehazardsdescribedinclause4,andspecifiesthesafetymeasuresforboththeoperatorandotherexposedpersons.4Thisstandardalsoappliestoancillarydeviceswhichareanintegralpartofthepressbrake,e.g.backgaugesandadjustablefrontsheetsupports.Forthesafeguardingofintegratedmanufacturingsystemsusingpressbrakes,seealsoprEN1921:1995.5Thisstandarddoesnotcovermachineswhoseprincipaldesignedpurposeis:a)sheetfoldingbyrotaryaction;b)tubeandpipebendingbyrotaryaction;c)rollbending.6Thisstandardappliestomachinesbuiltafteritsdateofissue.NOTEAnamendmentisunderpreparationtotakeintoaccounttheuseoflaser/scannerdevicesforthesafeguardingofoperatorsonpress-brakes.
