【摘要】:Thisguidepresentstechniquesontheuseofthermocouplesandassociatedequipmentformeasuringtemperatureincreepandstress-rupturetestinginairattemperaturesupto1800x00B0;F(1000x00B0;C).Sincecreepandstress-rupturepropertiesarehighlysensitivetotemperature,usersshouldmakeeveryeffortpracticabletomakeaccuratetemperaturemeasurementsandprovidestablecontrolofthetesttemperature.Thegoalofthisguideistoprovideuserswithgoodpyrometricpracticeandtechniquesforprecisetemperaturecontrolforcreepandstress-rupturetesting.Techniquesaregiveninthisguideformaintainingastabletemperaturethroughouttheperiodoftest.Ifthetechniquesofthisguidearefollowed,thedifferencebetweenx201C;indicatedx201D;3temperatureandx201C;truex201D;4temperaturewillbereducedtothelowestpracticallevel.1.1ThisguidecoverstheuseofANSIthermocoupleTypesK,N,R,andSforcreepandstress-rupturetestingattemperaturesupto1800176;F(1000176;C)inairatoneatmosphereofpressure.Itdoesnotcovertheuseofsheathedthermocouples.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
