【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,bothgeometricandmachiningtestsongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracyinternalcylindricalgrindingmachineswithhorizontalspindle,whetherfittedwithafacingwheelheadslideornot.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabovementionedtests.ThisInternationalStandarddealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracy;itappliesneithertothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),nortothecheckingofitscharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforethetestingoftheaccuracy.ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalpartsofthemachineandthedesignationoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.NOTE—InadditiontothetermsusedintwoofthethreeofficialISOlanguages(EnglishandFrench),annexAofthisInternationalStandardprovidestheequivalenttermsintheGermanandItalianlanguages;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityoftheNationalmemberbodiesforGermany(DIN)andItaly(UNI).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.
